In 2022, Lifology, a leader in psychometric assessments and career guidance, embarked on a transformative journey by partnering with the Kerala government to support the Kerala Knowledge Economy Mission (KKEM). This initiative by the Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) aims to reshape Kerala into a thriving Knowledge Society. By leveraging digital technologies and innovative approaches, KKEM seeks to create jobs for the educated and provide sustainable solutions for contemporary social and economic challenges. Over the next four years, the mission aims to provide gainful employment to 20 lakh people across various sectors.
At the heart of this mission is the Digital Workforce Management System (DWMS), a cutting-edge platform designed to connect job seekers with the opportunities and resources they need to succeed. Lifology’s pivotal role within this ecosystem has been instrumental in achieving the mission’s ambitious goals, particularly in the realm of psychometric assessments, career counselling, and job placements.
Lifology’s Impact on Kerala’s Youth
A young graduate named Anjali, hails from a small village of Mavelikkara in Kerala. Despite her impressive academic credentials, Anjali struggled to find a job that matched her skills and passions. Like many others, she faced the daunting challenge of navigating the competitive job market without adequate guidance.

Beyond technical training, Anjali also benefited from the Personality Development Training and Work Readiness Program. These initiatives, supported by Lifology’s collaboration, prepared her for the professional world and boosted her English proficiency and communication skills, as assessed by the English Score assessment.
